Recipe

for Stress Reduction:

Cacao/Cocoa
Fresh Ginger
Cloves (optional)
Cinammon
Allspice
Sugar
Milk (any kind)

Boil ginger and cinammon in water.  Add cacao/cocoa after first boil.  Stir in well. Then add cloves, allspice and sugar. Bring to a boil again.  Finally, add milk. Simmer.  Drink.  Relax.
