In Arabic, it's Iftar.
In Somali, it's Afur.
In English, it's time to break the Ramadan fast. (Do this at sundown, and not a moment before, unless you plan on rising before the sun!)

Breaking fast (singly).

When home, alone, breaking fast:
  • Make some injera.
  • Eat with honey.
  • Eat with dates.
  • Drink grapefruit juice.
  • Drink tea.
  • Refresh yourself.
  • Rest.
  • Above all: Pray.
